Terms & Conditions of Sale (Supply)
1. THESE TERMS
- 1.1 These Sale Terms apply to any supply of goods by us to you on the Website, including files that you pay to download.
- 1.2 These Sale Terms form part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
2. HOW TO ORDER
- 2.1 All orders must be placed online through the Website using the shopping cart facility provided. Please do not e-mail your card details to us directly. We can't take responsibility for the security of your card details if given this way.
3. WHEN A CONTRACT OF
- 3.1 An order by you for a product constitutes an offer to purchase that product by you. After you have made your offer we accept that offer by emailing you to confirm that we are sending you the product. For products that are out of stock, see clause 12.
4. PRICING POLICY
- 4.1 All products on this website are priced in pounds sterling. Postage is included in the price for sales to mainland
5. METHOD OF PAYMENT
- 5.1 You can pay either by PayPal, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Switch or Delta. We do not accept any other method of payment. Orders will only be processed if your card is authorised and you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card together with the postcode/zip code that appears on your card statement.
- 5.2 Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
6. DELIVERY
- 6.1 Goods are delivered by first class Royal Mail. Goods are normally dispatched within 3 working days following receipt of your order.

7. OUT OF STOCK
- 7.1 It is our aim to maintain stock of all items shown on the website. If any item you have chosen is unavailable we will email you and give you the choice of selecting an alternative product or waiting until the item is available for dispatch. For the avoidance of doubt, no contract of sale will come into force until we have emailed you to confirm that we are sending you the product. If you have ordered a number of products and one or more of these is out of stock, your delivery note will indicate a part order and goods marked 'To Follow' will be forwarded automatically as soon as they are available.
8. RETURN OF GOODS
- 8.1 Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) within 30 days after receiving the goods if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. In this event please contact us by

- 8.2 Items must be unused and must be accompanied by the original delivery note. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods intended for a refund reach us safely and in their original condition. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery.
- 8.3 Refunds (including our delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. For faulty or incorrect items we will refund any reasonable costs that you have incurred returning the goods to us. This will be paid by cheque which will be sent to you by post.
- 8.4. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights.
9. CANCELLATIONS
- 9.1 We aim to meet the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.

as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you have already received the goods you must return them following the instructions detailed above.
- 9.3 Refunds (excluding delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. Refunds are not given for the cost of return postage for un-wanted goods.
- 9.4 Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS
- 10.1 For sales of goods, we will only be liable for losses (directly or indirectly) caused by breach of our obligations that were reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time that the contract for the sale of the goods came into force.
